How to define the spaces under the reception tent?

Your event will take place entirely in the reception tent?

It is better to define reception areas for better organization. You should think of standing and/or sitting meals, a lounge or lounge area as well as space:

• Bar
• Child daycare
• Dance floor
• a platform for speech
• Catering office
• Space for the DJ
• On call from the various service providers (in the event of an intervention)

For the daycare, we can provide an additional tent or a roof overhang with a terrace in order to have constant supervision over the children. Scouts can be a fun solution for children during your wedding.

For the dance part, you are spoiled for choice. If the rental of a reception floor is provided in your tent, it is enough to delimit this space by spacing the furniture (see plan). Or add more wood.

Can we hang decorations under the roof of the reception tent?

If you lack space, you can use the metal frame of the reception tent to hang all kinds of decoration. Please give us your load values ??beforehand.
