Do you need a floor for a reception tent for rent?
Do I have to provide a floor under a structure, reception tent or marquee?
Category: Tips and Stuff
Does the marquee always have a floor?
No, the marquee is not necessarily equipped with a floor; It’s just extra comfort for you and your collaborators, or guests.
On the other hand, it is really useful in case of rain, because the water will trickle below and will not run the risk of running under the tent.
We can offer you two solutions for this type of coating:
The first includes simple wooden slats placed on the floor. This method is only recommended for flat, flat and hard surfaces. The method of this installation is to join the wooden slats together. These are integral in their lengths but not in their widths. No metallic support is present. And therefore cannot stiffen the entire floor.
Do you have a self-supporting floor for rent?
The second method is to offer you our floor called "Double Tablecloth".
This involves installing an aluminum metal soleplate on which wooden planks of fir or spruce are fixed.
This method makes it possible to raise the whole by about 15 cm and obtain a perfectly flat and wedged floor.
Stalling is possible up to approximately 0.80m elevation;
Beyond that we will have to use another material to make up for a very steep drop - podium or scaffolding.
